winter with inaluxe

It's cold this winter - colder than usual. It's the time to hibernate, eat hot soup, enjoy roast dinners, drink plenty of red wine, and keep those toes warm.  We are feeling it - and as much as we are enjoying it, spring is in the air -  and we say YES to spring: bring it on.  We are smack bang in the middle of new work, a shop re-vamp, blog and web fun, and NEW larger print sizes.  It's a long process really, and we appreciate everyone being patient while we find the time to make these things happen! Slowly but surely.

Kibi - the only hibernating inaluxe team member. (doin' it in style!)

How odd to read about your cold spell when we are in the midst of a hot summer. It sounds lovely-- enjoy it while it lasts!

Brrr... it is cold! Me and my little boy are hibernating together on the couch, under his cosy teddy blanket! There is no better place.. except for maybe where Kibi is :)

Oh, hate to one up :) but try Canberra this year. Minus 5 some mornings. A friend of my little boy just up and left the school after only arriving from Sydney six months ago. My son said it was because "His Mum couldn't take the cold". We ourselves are living in fear of our heating bill...

It has been chilly, but perhaps not as much so in Brisbane...
So with my caveat now stated, maybe I can admit that I'm LOVING it! :))
Hope you guys get some Brisbane winter soon.
Kx

Hello,

We are baking and sweating here in Iowa too. When the weather is like this, it is hard to remember those cold winter days. Thank goodness Kibi is there to keep you warm and keep things interesting. Good luck the cabin fever. The good news is that Spring always comes.

Your little "bear" is adorable. He looks like a great pinkie warmer!
